Questions cleaners ask
Does the homeowner need to download anything?
No. Quotes, reports, and messages arrive as ordinary texts or emails. They open a link.
How does free work?
Your page, quotes, reports, and translation are free for up to 3 houses, for as long as you want. Pro adds unlimited houses and your city listing.
Is Lustre in Spanish?
Yes. The whole app works in Spanish or English, and your quotes, checklists and reports translate for her automatically. Portuguese, Tagalog, and Vietnamese are coming.
Does Lustre take a percentage?
Never. You pay a flat monthly or yearly price, or nothing on Free. The people you clean for pay you however they do today.
What about gate codes and keys?
Stored per home, visible only to you, never shared before a quote is accepted. Delete at any time.
Can I cancel?
One tap in Settings. Your houses, checklists and reports stay yours.
